Millions of breasts have been enlarged, lips engorged and bottoms made fuller as Americans embraced the modern ideal of beauty. Some plastic surgeons are reporting customers with a trickier request. They would like the “natural look” and want to achieve this with surgery. Constance Chen, a surgeon on Park Avenue, New York, reported demand for a more athletic appearance. David Cangello, on the Upper East Side, agreed that there was a demand for natural results. “Patients are not going to the extremes,” he told the New York Post.
