Relax and Recharge with us in Orlando Florida!

Please joins us and be part of our team, Bosom Buddies, and attend the 10th Annual Joining FORCEs Against Hereditary Cancer Conference from June 8-10, 2017 in Orlando, Florida. Share your story, inspire others, and become a patient advocate educating other women on breast health and breast reconstruction options.

Dr. Chen, her staff, and her patients are traveling to Florida for a weekend of patient advocacy and education. We are sponsoring an educational booth, breakfast table, and an interactive “Show and Tell” session. Dr. Chen is also speaking on a Breast Reconstruction Q&A panel. Attendees include survivors, previvors, people with a genetic mutation or family history of cancer, patient advocates, researchers, and health care providers who treat high-risk patients.

What is FORCE?

Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered is a non-profit organization created for women affected by hereditary breast, ovarian, and other related cancers.

What is the FORCE Conference?

The FORCE conference offers the opportunity to hear from leading breast and ovarian cancer experts. You learn the latest on cancer risk management, hereditary treatment, breast reconstruction, menopause management, and communicating risk with children and adult family members. Informative sessions are available for people at all stages of their journey: those who recently tested can find the latest information risk-management options, cancer survivors can learn about new treatments and clinical trials targeting hereditary cancer, and longtime FORCE conference veterans can learn about the latest advocacy issues and find ways to give back to the community. Everyone benefits from the sense of community that comes from networking with other people who truly understand what it is like to face a personal risk of cancer every day.
